I’m not sure how to characterize these days…  It’s been six months since I pulled the kids out of day care.  It was a little rough at first.  We weren’t used to spending all of our days together and we were inside during a long winter.  But we hit our stride and have been having a great time. Here are some things that come to mind when I think about june of 2008

• shiya’s soft, squishy, huggable body.  he looks at me with lovey eyes and says “I wuv yooooo”
• ayrie starts half of his sentences with “actually,”
• we are moving to minneapolis and have had a lot of fun helping to design our new home
• ayrie and shiya singing the alphabet in the back of the car, holding hands
• have gone on a road trip to columbus and pittsburgh (6 days)
• ayrie and I went to minneapolis while shiya stayed with emily and ian (4 days)
• ayrie is the proud owner of a new bright red bike with training wheels and a matching read and black helmets
• shiya dancing to anything with rhythm from the sound of the washing maching to the phone ringing
